Portrait Portfolio Reflection (3-d): October 23, 2012
1. What i did well on this project was where i took them, i took some in a different state in many angles.
2. What i could have done better is getting them done ontime and using my time wisely because i had alot of time to do it while i was in Virginia but i took advantage of that, what i didn't like was how some of them turned out.
3. One of my best photo's was of Denver, and she was just in a cool pose, i liked it because it captured her real personality. She was trying on a coat her grandma gave her.
4. I used alot of sunlight because it shows that i'm a fun and bright person, and i love to be outside.
5. I captured humanity by emotion and personality, like laughing, and having a good time, because thats how i feel real pictures are tooken, i don't like posed photo's i just capture it in the moment..
6. What i emphasized the most in my photo's were there facial expressions, and body language, because can really show who that person is, and gives a good reaction, like wow she's really a happy person, although i like when you can't really tell what there emotion is like it's a mystery are they laughing, crying, smiling, who knows.
7. What i learned from this project is that i really like taking pictures of other people, and as well as myself, (haha) I also learned that when you capture a moment that moment will probably never be seeen that way again, because i think this was funn! Use your time wisely, thats always been something iv'e needed to work on because it's good to manage time, it helps alot.
EXCEEDING:
8. My main purpose was to make these photo's natural and unique, i did this because i don't really like when things are planned, so this was obviously by chance, for most of them, i did this the way i did because i take pride in taking photo's because i really like to take pictures.
9. Yes, this is a worthwhile project, because it's fun and it's a new way to think of what you want to be, and i wasn' really here in class to take the pictures, because i was gone, so i don't really have any suggestion for what Mr. Purdy should do!
