5-B Reflection on image Editing portfolio. November 26, 2012.
1. The strong parts of my edits are, that i really detailed some of them, and they are really colorful pieces because it's my thing.
2. What i could have done better on this project is i wish i could of done exceeds, because it was easy, but computers are dumb.
3. My best photo is the one i did of Denver standing in front of the school, it just looked plain with grass, and the window of the school in the background, what i did was i played with the contrast, and i did a filter of fireworks, but i dimmed it so it wasn't so strong, and i brightened it, i think this picture is my best one because i thought it took me a good amount of time, and it looked decent.
4. I think the best photo editing site was pixlr.com, because it gives you alot of options, and alot more idea's of what to do with your photo.
5. I think the best filter for me was vintage, i like this because it makes it look unique, and more advanced looking.
6. The best way for me was to play with the hue, saturation and brightness, because it starts changing the color of your skin, clothes, hair and everything around you to make you look lighter or darker, or it balances it out, itss cooolio.
7. What i learned from this project, is that if your really in to taking pictures why not edit them too, only then you would know if you really had a passion for it, or what not, and lessons you could apply in the future are that it's a really good to do in your spare time.
EXCEEDING
8. My design process for my edits are somewhat simple, first i got the pictures off of the computer, i wanted to pick ones that i could edit someones face, or something like that, and nature, second i used photoshop, figured out that didn't work for me so i used all sorts of different sites off of the web, edited them multistep, kapoww!
9. Yes, i think this is worthwhile, and what you could of done better was taught us more on how to use photoshop, because i honestly had no clue how to do so.
